After a lot of hard work from Nik Magill, the audiobook is done. Now we just have to get through QA at Audible, which I have no doubt we will. For those of you non-readers who are dying to HEAR Shady Place it should be available on Amazon, Audible, and iTunes within the next few weeks!

I'm happy to announce that my comic book The Couch has found an artist and is moving forward with at least the first issue! Matt Magill, brother of the narrator for the upcoming Shady Place audiobook, is bringing his talents to the team to bring the characters of the The Couch to life.  More about Matt here. More on the plot soon.  Hopefully this will be an ongoing series, but first to issue #1!  I'll begin to share some artwork as it becomes available and the time is right.

The thought of someone critiquing your work can be terrifying.  I mean mortifying - the feeling you get when you know you're about to experience pain, but can't do a thing about it. But here's the rub: As a writer you need reviews to help spread the word about your work.  Good or bad, volume is key. As I continue to market Shady Place and write Amara, it dawned on me that most people may not realize how vital the role of the review, especially on sites like Amazon, can be for an author. As I prepare to begin marketing...

Amara is progressing, not as quickly as it should, and tomorrow is June 1, so I don't think I'll be finished by June.  Maybe the end of June?  We'll see. Shady Place the audiobook is scooting along.  Happy to say the voices are no longer just in my head! More updates soon!   PS Might just have something cooking on the comic book I wrote last year...
